Hays Property and Facilities are partnered with an active Real Estate firm, as they are looking to staff a Leasing Consultant for a luxury residential property in downtown Chicago. With a successful project pipeline, including new developments breaking ground as we speak, this is a great time to join an expanding, active team.
Your new role
Provide excellent service to residents, prospects, vendors, visitors, and other customers.
Tour apartments with prospective tenants.
Complete tenant applications as well as lease and renewal documents.
Lease and pre-lease apartments
Assist onsite management team with resident relations
Maintain daily and weekly leasing reports and monthly market surveys
Analyze market and occupancy trends and shop the competition.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in residential leasing, as well as lease ups. Available to work on a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends. In addition, well-rounded communication, interpersonal, customer service, and excellent organization skills.
