Job Description:

As a Production Supervisor, 2nd Shift, you will have direct supervisory responsibility for a group within a designated production area. This second shift role will work 2:30pm to 11pm Monday through Friday at our Adrian, MI facility reporting to the Production Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities of production area to ensure that volume, cost, and quality standards are achieved.


• Coordinate work schedules, staffing requirements, and production sequences to maximize productivity.


• Identify problems related to production process and provides production reports to assist process improvement.


• Contribute to the development of processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred


• 2 +manufacturing supervision required


• 3+ years of experience within production roles
