Salary: $75,000.00 USD Annually - $90,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Marketing Manager near Fairfax, VA! The candidate will have excellent organizational and project management skills.


** This role is not remote - the candidate must work in the office 2-3 days per week. **



Responsibilities:

• Work with senior Director to develop specific marketing plans, coordinate execution internally with agency partners and draft materials as needed.


• Draft on-brand copy for marketing collateral and packaging.


• Serve as the department project manager - tracking team tasks, timelines, and reviews.


• Develop and manage marketing department timelines and processes within company product lifecycle.


• Manage marketing request form submissions


• Maintain marketing knowledge base


• Educate departments on best ways to work with the marketing department (including processes and timelines).


• Provide on and off site support to Special Events Coordinator for tradeshows and corporate events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required


• 5-7 years professional experience in a corporate setting


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Proficient in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite
