Location: Philadelphia, PA

Salary: $22.00 USD Hourly - $29.00 USD Hourly

Description: Position Title: Network Technician II


Required Skills: unified communications/telecommunications (audio/video support), passion for technology


Nice to have skills: Crestron, MS Teams Rooms


Location: Philadelphia, PA ( 5 days onsite)


Interview Process: 2 rounds - 1st, 2nd rd virtual or onsite


Length: Through EOY, likely to extend YoY


Project/Team:


• Team: Supporting Audio/Video, supporting virtual events/live events


Ideal Candidate:


- experience supporting telecommunications/unified communications


- Managing tickets around conference room connectivity and experience


- Any exposure to conference rooms, huge plus - using Crestron Rooms moving to MS Teams Room - Starting meetings, conference room troubleshooting, supporting business units


- Will interface with stakeholders, strong communications, etc.


- Will be working on large video displays


- some more cutting-edge technology displays


- Working 7:30 - 5:30 on rotational shifts, flexible with scheduling and hours
