ECS is seeking a Sr. International Cooperation Specialist (DARPA) to work in our Arlington, VA office. Please Note:
This position is contingent upon [contract award.




Job Description:


Anticipate start is early May 2024.


ECS is preparing to provide critical support to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DAPRA), specifically to the Director's Office (DIRO). Come join our team to help maintain the technological superiority of the U.S. military.


This billet is in direct support of the DARPA Front Office. Candidate needs to provide this highest level of professional support.



Required Skills:


  • Active DoD Top Secret security clearance required.

  • US citizenship required per contract.
  • 5+ Years prior experience supporting DoD R&D international armaments cooperation (IAC).
  • Experience with DoD International Agreements including interfacing and coordination with DoD Stakeholders (such as OUSD(R&E)).
  • Knowledge export license, ITAR controls, IAC DoD policies and Directives.
  • Ability to work in a global environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task and respond to quick turn-around requests.
  • Must have good rapport at dealing with the public, customer service expertise, excellent oral/written communication skills, and excellent organizational & time-management skills.



Desired Skills:

  • 3+ years working with DARPA is highly desirable.
