This position is responsible for accumulating financial data to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial and operational reporting. In this role you will work as a member of the plant FP&A team to assist in the maintenance of plant financial systems. The ideal candidate will work with the FP&A team to execute both transactional and entry level analytical tasks that promote continuous improvement at the plant.
Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices and good housekeeping guidelines. Must follow safety guidelines, wear designated Personal Protective Equipment, and meet OSHA safety requirements.
What you’ll do:
1. Work with Leaders and fellow partners to ensure Food Safety and Partner Safety.
Understand and execute standard operating procedures relative to position. Perform all
PCP and CCP checks required for position. Follow reaction plan for Food Safety, Food
Quality and customer requirement outages and by contacting TA/TL. Be able to
identify and understand customer requirements and assist in assuring proper operation
and product. Record accurate data on production reports.
2. Monitoring KRONOS & Production Reports.
3. Producing Payroll.
4. Period Closing duties for payroll reporting.
5. Process plant and DC accounts payable
6. Provide payroll, accounts payable customer service to all customers, internal and external
7. Collect, report, and settle milk and cream information with vendors. Report information to state boards.
8. Various tasks that may be re-assigned due to work load. Overtime
9. Team meetings & Certifications
10. Working with Human Resources to ensure Payroll Accuracy.
