Fred Beans Ford of Langhorne is currently looking to hire a Full Time Administrative Assistant!
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the dealership. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
Manage and organize office operations and procedures
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Coordinate appointments and meetings, including scheduling and preparing necessary materials
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist in the coordination of office events and functions
Perform general administrative tasks as neede
