Position: Senior Product Manager



Job Location: 805 Moberly Lane, Bentonville, AR 72712



Duties: Drives the technical product discovery and project management process by collaborating with the Business, User Experience, and Engineering Teams during discovery to assess value, usability and feasibility of product features; specifying, prioritizing, and communicating high level and detailed tech product specifications; and using written technical specifications, business rules, flows, cases and user experience generated deliverables (for example, prototypes, wireframes, design and copy documents). Develops and champions a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a specific technology product within a product area in support of corporate goals and objectives. Identify new product opportunities and enhancements; and working with multiple functions to build and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions. Supports product implementation and deployment by engaging with Engineering and Project Management during implementation to answer questions and make scope trade off decisions; coordinating postlaunch activities to validate that the product works as designed and that acceptance testing was successful; managing the development of training materials; training and supporting users on new product features; managing close-loop feedback cycles to encompass customer and user comments and needs.



Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field plus 4 years of experience in product management or related experience; OR 6 years of experience in product management or related experience.



Skills required: Must have experience with: Developing product roadmaps based on user inputs to support a company's goals, using MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and/or Confluence Page; Identifying enhancements through user feedback, analysis, and leveraging lessons learned from prior experiences and/or other teams; Working with cross-functional teams to evaluate requirements and dependencies to integrate systems, document progress, and achieve the business team's desired results, using Confluence page, MS Excel, and/or Zoom video recording; Building relationship and partnership with key stakeholders regular recurring meetings; Reviewing user stories, triage end user's urgencies with associated business impacts, and prioritize key features using JIRA, Confluence Page, and MS Excel; Engaging the technical team to ensure product implementation and deployment of feature enhancement, resolve roadblocks, and make decisions on trade off various scopes using JIRA and/or MS Excel; Reviewing and supporting users to prepare for key rollout phases of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by using MS Excel, and engaging in the technical team to resolve issues and concerns identified during the validation phases; Improving user experiences by collecting feedback, reviewing metrics, adding new product features, and/or organizing training sessions; Defining and analyzing metrics and demonstrating analysis results to users using MS PowerPoint; and organize trainings to improve metric performance; Recognizing areas to work on and streamlining processes for end users and/or the technical team by using MS Excel, JIRA, Confluence Page, and/or Zoom; and Sharing the achievements as well as analyses, risks, and benefits to the leadership using MS PowerPoint.
