What You’ll Do

• Review & approve quotes up to a maximum amount financed of $1,500,000 for national accounts.  Uses relationship knowledge and experience to provide quotes that satisfy both the agent and borrower, while minimizing risk to FIRST.




• Communicate and train Account Executives on the various program guidelines of the national accounts that assist with the quoting and servicing.




• Monitor quote and loan activity. Provide quote and loan trend reporting to both relationship managers and senior management.




• Accept inbound emails and phones calls to answer any questions and resolve issues.  Will be required to communicate directly with senior level decision makers at the national level when issues cannot be resolved at the local level.



• Resolves non-routine problems with specialized knowledge



• Applies comprehensive concepts within field




• Provide insight for budget projections ​

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of AE experience or equivalent insurance or industry experience.
