The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Point of Sale Data Integrity Senior Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Implement POS & CB data management solutions to improve data acquisition, processing and quality


• Develop reports in multiple platforms based on evolving business needs


• Mentor and provide leadership to junior analysts


• Act as an SME to the Americas Point-of-Sale & Chargeback team

Drive E2E process efficiency and lead projects in the POS & CB team related to SAP deployments and from other 3M processes related to separation.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree AND five (5) years of experience in POS &CB, reporting, data management and ERP systems.

OR

• High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution AND a minimum of (9) years of experience in POS &CB, reporting, data management and ERP systems.

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Minimum of three (3) year of experience working with cross functional teams and key distributors is required.


• Minimum of three (3) year of experience working with Vistex and SAP

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Advanced knowledge of SQL, Lumira and Power BI


• Strong problem solving, reasoning and analytical skills


• High level of accuracy and attention to detail


• Project management, Lean, Green Belt experience
