Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join our team.

Position: HVAC Service Technician
Location: Central Ohio
Position Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
• Inspect, diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems proficiently, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits and packaged equipment.
• Provide accurate recommendations for repairs or replacements.
• Keep accurate records of all service and maintenance activities performed, including parts used and hours worked.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure proper care of tools and equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication and professional conduct at all times.
• Supporting team members and peers.
• Rotating on-call schedule
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ residential and commercial HVAC experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of HVAC technical training program preferred.
• Strong understanding of HVAC principles, components, and systems operations.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• EPA certification for handling refrigerants.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments, including confined spaces and heights.
• Ability to braze
• Experience with HVAC field service software, preferred.
