Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse



Duties & Responsibilities: Home Health RN sought for 13 week assignment with the potential to extend. Schedule would be 5x8 days Monday-Friday. Area of coverage is Sheboygan/Calumet/Southern Manitowoc counties with the possibility of Northern Washington and Northeast Ozaukee counties as back up.



Minimum Requirements:

• 1 year Home Health RN experience


• BLS


• HCHB experience preferred
