ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Scheduler/Purchaser. As a Production Scheduler/Purchaser at ARETUM, you will play a vital role in coordinating and managing production schedules and purchasing activities to support our operations.

Responsibilities

• Purchase materials on behalf of the customer.
• Place orders and track purchase status, funding, and invoicing.
• Provide superior customer service to vendors and internal customers alike through open communication and timely award of requirements.
• Complete receiving forms (DD250) for orders that have been delivered and received.
• Work with Accounts Payable department to make payments, track invoices and update financial records.
• Track and analyze program operations data specific to procurement and funding for commercial and non-commercial supplies and services.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience.
• Basic accounting skills to include purchasing
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) to include calculations and formulas
• Must have ability to obtain/maintain a Secret Security Clearance, Common Access Card (CAC) and Compound Badge
