ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking a talented Software Tester to join our team. As a Senior Tester, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of high-quality software solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of software projects.

Responsibilities

• Must have a good understanding of Agile lifecycle and where and how testing fits across the lifecycle.
• Ability to apply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product lifecycle
• Ability to analyse user stories and requirements to develop Test Strategies, Test, Plans, and Test Cases. 
• Excellent in Functional, Integration and Regression Testing 
• Experience in Web application testing including UI/UX and backend testing
• Experience in Mobile App testing on iOS and Android platforms
• Detect and track software defects and collaborate closely with other team members to resolution of defects
• Excellent verbal and written skills. 
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to decompose complex problems and perform root cause analyses. 
• Work in a collaborative environment. 
• Capable of performing day to day activities with minimal direction. 
• Ability to self-organize, prioritize, and handle multiple priorities without compromising quality

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years of experience in developing test strategy, test plans and executing test cases in fast paced environment
• Experience with Manual testing. 
• Experience in Mobile App testing on iOS and Android platforms. 
• Experience in web and mobile enabled UI/UX, functional and regression testing.
• Must have Secret Clearance
• Must have Security+ certification

Additional Requirements

• Ability to provide technical and process leadership to QA resources
• Experience with automated testing using popular testing tools
• Ability to plan, perform and update automation test scripts
• Experience in performance and load testing is preferred  
• Experience in testing with AWS Device Farm is preferred
