ARETUM, a well-established government contracting company, is seeking a talented and experienced DevSecOps Engineer to join our team. As a DevSecOps Engineer at ARETUM, you will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of secure and scalable infrastructure and support our software development teams in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities
Actively interface with software developers, security operations engineers, product owners on projects.
Ensures the integration of security at every phase of the software development lifecycle, from initial design through integration, testing, deployment, and software delivery.
Develop and maintain the continuous integration and continuous delivery pipeline.
Provide on-call support for the platform tooling
Collaborate with the DevOps teams of the SaaS products built on the platform to resolve incidents and implement changes quickly and efficiently
Collaborate with the cyber-security team to integrate security measures into all aspects of the development lifecycle and platform tools.
Perform capacity planning, automation, testing, performance tuning, user management of platform tools
Work with technical project managers, product owners, and peers to set priorities and track operational metrics
Drive and coordinate platform adoption, actively engaging product development, quality, regulatory, and customer success teams
Requirements
IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE, GICSP, CND, or equivalent) is required.
5+ years of experience in a systems engineering/DevOps role
Experience with configuration management, monitoring, and systems tools (e.g. Ansible)
Proficiency with source control, continuous integration and testing methods (e.g. Git, GitLab, Jenkins)
Candidate must have demonstrated a strong knowledge of RHEL systems and internals
Experience in creating software to automate production systems with one of the following languages:
Java and .NET experience is preferred
Experience with Amazon Web Services
Good understanding of networking and related protocols. Must have a strong understanding of fundamentals (HTTP, DNS, TLS)
Candidate must have demonstrated experience in troubleshooting problems and working with a team to resolve web-scale production issues
Must have Active Security Clearance
