ARETUM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Digital Developer to join our team. As a Sr. Digital Developer, you will play a critical role in designing and developing innovative digital solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:
As a Sr. Digital designer, you be collaborating with other teams to define requirements, iterate on design solutions, and contribute expertise for various digital products.
You will be incorporating Human Centered Design principles in digital designs for websites and mobile apps.
Research and apply industry best practices in Human Centered Design methodology.
Participate in design discussions and give feedback during planning and strategy meetings.
Quickly translate ideas into sketches, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Test assets and optimize based on their performance.
Iterate new designs based on user feedback.
Create digital assets (static, video, and HTML) for a range of platforms (websites, mobile apps, etc.).
Requirements
Experience in Human Centered Design methodology, rapid prototyping, and user testing.
Experience in the design thinking process and agile development.
Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
Experience working directly with developers to implement designs.
Expertise with standard digital design tools, including Sketch, FIGMA etc.
Working knowledge of CSS and HTML.
Strong knowledge of current digital design best practices and web/Mobile apps techniques.
Experience creating digital assets for a variety of target audiences.
Highly self-motivated and directed, able to exercise independent judgment and act.
Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Secret Security Clearance (or Interim) is required before start.
IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE, GICSP, CND, or equivalent) is required before start.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years of working experience in digital design in an Agile environment.
Experience with JIRA/Confluence or similar tools.
