ARETUM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Presence and Infrastructure Quality Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of our web presence and infrastructure to ensure optimal quality and performance.

Responsibilities:
Manage team responsible for testing of WordPress based web applications and native mobile applications.
Manage team responsible for evaluating infrastructure needed to host Web applications.
Design and execute the Quality Assurance strategy in coordination with various teams to ensure cohesive end-to-end quality assurance of all enterprise/web-based/mobile-based solutions.
Lead quality team through a process-driven methodology to ensure project goals, QA standards, and best practices are followed.
Collaborate with business and development teams to review business and technical requirements from QA perspective.
Lead teams to develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, impact analysis, specifications, and test cases for effective testing functions.
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts, communicate business risks and mitigation plans based on outcomes of testing.
Define quality metrics and implement measurements to determine testing efficiency.
Manage the flow of day-to-day operations within the manual/automated functional testing teams.
Analyze all testing needs manual/automated based on software code development.
Create and manage quality artifacts for web applications, mobile applications, and infrastructure.
Support 24x7 system monitoring and outage response.
Prepare weekly/monthly IT status.
Requirements
Required Skills

Knowledge of WordPress platform and Native Mobile app development technologies
Knowledge of AWS Cloud and requirements for IL4 environments
Required Experience
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
10 + Years of experience in Software testing and quality assurance field
5+ Years of experience in managing QA teams in an Agile environment.
Minimum Secret Security Clearance (or Interim) is required before start.
IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE, GICSP, CND, or equivalent) is required before start.
Ability to work with limited guidance in a remote team environment.
Possess excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
