As a Business Process and Innovation Engineer at Aretum, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
Analyse business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Propose and implement innovative solutions to optimize and streamline business operations.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate technological solutions to enhance efficiency.
Use data analysis tools to gather insights, make informed decisions, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Lead the implementation of process improvements, ensuring minimal disruptions.
Work with teams to understand their needs, gather feedback, and align process improvements with overall innovation goals.
Document current and improved processes, creating clear guidelines and procedures.
Establish a culture of continuous improvement and encourage teams to identify and suggest enhancements to their processes.
Assess and mitigate risks associated with implementation process changes, ensuring compliance.
Provide training and support to teams through process innovation.
Develop and implement metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of improvements.
Effectively communicate changes, updates, and improvements to leadership team.
Requirements
Knowledge of business process engineering, innovation, and technology.
Strong data analysis, problem-solving skills and focus on driving positive change.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work with complex data sets and multiple data sources.
Knowledge of business process analysis and innovation techniques such as Lean six-sigma
Ability to self-organize, prioritize, and handle multiple priorities without compromising on quality.
Experience with business workflow and appropriate capabilities and tools, including JIRA.
Minimum Qualification
Minimum Secret Security Clearance (or Interim) is required before start.
IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE, GICSP, CND, or equivalent) is required before start.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, or related field
10 years of experience in performance reporting or business intelligence
Knowledge of Lean Six sigma techniques
