As an Internal Business Analytics Engineer at ARETUM, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our internal teams and stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making and deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Assists Performance Reporting Manager with following activities.
• Identify data sources and appropriate ways to analyse data.
• Design, implement, and maintain performance reporting processes and systems.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other visualizations to effectively communicate performance data.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timeliness.
• Analyse and interpret performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership team.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and cyber security teams to gather requirements and develop custom reports.

Requirements

• Strong experience with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL)
• Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work with complex data sets and multiple data sources.
• Knowledge of programming languages
• Knowledge of various software to create visuals to chart trends or patterns noticed.
• Experience with business workflow and appropriate capabilities and tools, including JIRA.
• Experience with Agile Software Development methodologies.

• Minimum Qualification
• Minimum Secret Security Clearance (or Interim) is required before start.
• IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE, GICSP, CND, or equivalent) is required before start.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, or related field
• 10 years of experience in performance reporting or business intelligence
