ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Specialist at ARETUM, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.

Responsibilities

• Support management and execution of EAD’s program management infrastructure, including facilitating coordination across EAD and with the project support team.
• Support development of a Division-wide Annual Operations Plan that addresses the Division's unique role and function within the Agency and outlines primary services for the calendar year.
• Support development and implementation of a comprehensive communications plan tailored to the Division's needs
• Support program research and analysis to identify opportunities to improve business delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or other discipline relevant to management of large, complex programs
• 3+ years’ experience supporting multi-task projects of high complexity, including program evaluation and management, organizational change, business process improvement, and strategic communications (internal and external)
• Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills
• Ability to pass a DHS FEMA suitability investigation (Public Trust)

Preferred

• Experienced using MS Planner
• Existing DHS or FEMA Entry on Duty suitability
• Experience working in insurance or national security related field
• Experience in federal government consulting
• Experience in IT, cybersecurity, or national security related field
• Familiarity with Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/FEMA programs or initiatives
