ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking a talented and experienced Reporting and Data Visualization professional to join our team. As a Reporting and Data Visualization specialist at ARETUM, you will be responsible for creating interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards to present data-driven insights and support decision-making for our government clients.

Responsibilities

• Identifies reporting requirements and develops reporting requirements.
• Coordinates reporting implementation with development, infrastructure, and cyber security teams.
• Identify data sources and appropriate ways to analyse data.
• Use specialist tools such as Tableau to present data in visual forms such as dashboards.
• Research and test data analysis and visualisation tools.
• Analyse business's data to create charts, graphs, and other visual aids.
• Analyse data trends and report to internal teams to create action plans.
• Work with leadership team to establish briefs to present data analysis and trends.
• Help leadership team to examine complex problems noticed by analysing or retrieving data.

Requirements

• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills. 
• Knowledge of programming languages
• Knowledge of various software to create visuals to chart trends or patterns noticed.
• Excellent technical skills, including programming and data analysis.
• Attention to details.
• Good presentation skills
• Ability to communicate complex information accurately and concisely to non-experts.
• Capable of performing day to day activities with minimal direction. 
• Ability to self-organize, prioritize, and handle multiple priorities without compromising on quality. 
• Experience with business workflow and appropriate capabilities and tools, including JIRA.
• Experience with Agile Software Development methodologies.
• Skilled in MS Office Products.

• Minimum Qualification
• Minimum Secret Security Clearance (or Interim) is required before start.
• IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE, GICSP, CND, or equivalent) is required before start.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of working with software development teams in an Agile environment
