ARETUM is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Manager at ARETUM, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance processes, procedures, and standards across our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control measures, ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and drive continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the activity of quality assurance deliverables, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a system of quality and reliability testing to evaluate product and service performance.
• Provide development of project Software Quality Assurance Plan and implement procedures that conform to contract requirements.
• Conduct independent assessments of the project's software development process implementation relative to defined processes, recommending optimization methods.
• Take responsibility for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Conduct Quality Assurance audits, reviewing and analyzing data and documentation to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement procedures and test plans to assure quality in a system development environment supporting large databases and applications.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI
• Demonstrated experience with methods and processes used to monitor the production of a product or service to maintain a desired level of quality.
• Knowledge of quality management system standards established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), particularly ISO 9001.
• Experience with methods and processes used to ensure that materials, components, or products meet expected standards or compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a government or intelligence agency setting.
