As a Policy Analyst at ARETUM, you will play a crucial role in conducting research, analyzing policies, and providing recommendations to support our clients in achieving their objectives.

Responsibilities
Conduct research and analysis on policies and regulations to support decision-making processes.
Evaluate the impact of proposed policy changes and provide recommendations based on research findings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure alignment of policies with organizational objectives.
Prepare policy briefs, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and track policy developments and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders.
Participate in policy development and review processes, providing input and recommendations.
Identify gaps and areas for improvement in existing policies and propose solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in policy analysis and development.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Policy Analyst or related role.
Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data from multiple sources.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
Proficiency in policy analysis techniques and tools.
Knowledge of relevant policies, regulations, and compliance frameworks.
Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience in the government contracting or related industry is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and completeness in policy documents.
