Develop and refine a suite of enablement resources including interactive Profisee Academy courses, tutorial videos, and other dynamic learning materials.
Proactively support a diverse range of customers and partners, providing solutions that are tailored to their unique stages in their journey.
Lead the administration and ongoing enhancement of our Learning Management System, ensuring it delivers a robust, user-friendly learning experience.
Collaborate across teams to foster a deep, functional understanding of our software, thereby enhancing overall product proficiency within and beyond the company.
Drive the strategic expansion of our educational content, with the goal of dramatically increasing engagement and transforming our educational platform into a potential business driver as well as an exceptional educational resource.

30 Days: Achieve proficiency in foundational Academy courses; integrate fully with the enablement team.
60 Days: Take ownership of the Magentrix learning environment and Salesforce reporting for partner education.
90 Days: Establish a steady output of high-quality foundational courses, setting a new benchmark for content excellence.
180 Days: Expand into creating intermediate materials, incorporating innovative teaching methods and advanced concepts.
1 Year: Pioneer advanced coursework that not only educates but also inspires users and showcases the full potential of our solutions.

\n Competencies - What We are Looking For \n Desired Experience: \n
At least 1 year of experience in an enablement or educational role within the tech industry, particularly in a SaaS/Software setting.
Expertise in using and managing platforms like Salesforce and Magentrix, with a keen understanding of how these tools can enhance user learning experiences.
Adept in multimedia content creation, particularly with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, and a flair for creating visually appealing and impactful educational materials.
A demonstrable track record of creating and delivering technical content that educates, engages, and empowers users.
