Job Summary

Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the identity and access management technologies that ensure all users have the appropriate and timely access to technology resources through their entire employment lifecycle. Onboard new applications, perform access certification campaigns, and continuously mature the IAM program.

Education & Experience

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 7+ years of directly related experience in information technology
• 5+ years of experience in information security involving the implementation and administration of security requirements and security technologies
• 3+ years of design, development and support experience of Identity Access Management in private and public cloud environments
• Experience working with Account Management, Entitlement and Certifications
• Experience with SAML integrations and other standards based security protocols
• Experience in developing integrations, provisioning, and custom workflows
• Experience with using scripting languages to automate tasks and manipulate user data

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related
• Certifications include: CIAM, CISM, CISSP, Microsoft IAA or Okta or related

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of accounts.
• Develop, plan, and document IAM solutions, including the onboarding of applications.
• Develop custom solutions for automation and integration.
• Define and enforce policies for privileged user access, ensuring they can align with security best practices and organizational requirements.
• Assist with improving identity and access management solutions to protect against evolving threats.
• Appropriately assess risk when business and technical decisions are made, demonstrating risk management mindset.
• Partner with various IT and business teams to support their IAM requirements\needs.
• Educate, influence and work with technology and platform owners to implement necessary controls and best practices related to access management.
• Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve identity and access management issues.
• Identify, track, and report on key metrics.
• Knowledge of Security Best Practices (e.g., least privileged, zero trust model, session isolation).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Regular and reliable attendance is required.

Working Conditions

Working Conditions:

• Limited infrequent travel may be required to TriWest remote locations to present security awareness material or to assess information security posture
• Act as a primary point of contact for all information security related incidents requiring consultation or response, 24 hour accessibility
• Provide high level of customer service to employees, business leadership and IT
• Work in a cubed office environment with multiple computers and monitors
• Heavy computer usage and documentation review
• Extensive computer work with prolonged sitting
• Requires successful completion of a background check

*Annual base salary for Colorado, Hawaii and Washington State residents: $97,000- $108,000 depending on experience*
