About This Position

This is a full-time, 40-hrs/week, non-exempt position that will be working in our New London, CT location.
This position has a flexible schedule and a starting salary of $65,000/yr.

This position is eligible for benefits and a sign-on bonus of $5,000!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Complete initial intake sessions
• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions
• Complete assessments for individuals that have mental health and substance use issues.

Job Qualifications:

• Licensed LCSW, LPC, LADC, LMHC, LMSW, or LICSW
• Masters Degree required
• Strong attention to detail
• Some experience with counseling and groups preferred
