As a Project Management Assistant, you will:
Job Description:
The OCM coordinator will be responsible for helping the La Verne site managers prepare end users for system and process changes that will occur because of implementing a new ERP system. The OCM coordinator provides high level administrative support to OCM business leads, such as scheduling meetings, managing leadership requests, preparing presentations and other office duties. This position requires someone who has excellent communication skills, good judgement, and strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
The OCM team focuses on the people side of change, supporting the site and executing change management plans in accordance with established OCM framework and processes. This role will take guidance from the OCM business lead, and the site project lead, and will manage specified change projects and support the site leadership team in getting the impacted users ready. Responsibilities may include:
• Work closely with the OCM global team and the LV project team to understand specific project objectives, timelines, and impacts to end users.
• Communicate site feedback back upstream to the global OCM leads to aid in better managing site expectations & adhering to local business process requirements.
• Collaborate directly with sponsors or business owners of the change; understand goals for the change and be able to translate them into impacts to the organization.
• Manage deliverables against the communication plan, crafting or coordinating clearly articulated messages that prepare and motivate users for adopting the change.
• Coordinate classroom training as needed with the LV training team.
• Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
• Ability to function well in a highly matrixed organization and take direction from multiple sources.
• Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences using various channels.
• Strong meeting facilitation and presentation skills.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $35-$37/Hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
