The Hose and Filtration Doctor identifies, diagnoses, and repairs or replaces hose assemblies on hydraulic or pneumatic systems at customer job sites. Must be flexible and willing to provide services after hours and on weekends. This position is also responsible for providing fluid sample analysis to customers on site and offering filtration services as necessary.
Essential Functions:
Provide premier customer service, face-to-face, via telephone and email.
Drive in a fully outfitted and stocked mobile service van to a customer work site or facility, then evaluate, build, and replace or repair hose assemblies, upon customer-owned machinery.
Provide oil analysis at customer locations as well as recommendations on filtration services.
Promote RG Groups full line of product and services while on site with customers.
Promotes the organization on a local level.
Keep service vehicle /mobile workshops clean and stocked.
Develop relationships with new and existing customers.
Prospect new and existing accounts to generate new opportunities.
Interact and travel with key account managers as necessary to meet customer service goals.
Work with the marketing team to develop lead lists as well as promotional items and campaigns to generate interest and opportunities.
Performs other duties as requested by manager.

Minimum 2+ years’ experience in customer service, sales or retail store sales required.
Experience using hose crimper machines and identifying hose and fittings.
Hydraulic system and component knowledge required.

Environment:
Van travel required.
Occasional overnight stays may be required.
Some lifting is required, usually not in excess of 50 pounds.
Education:
High school diploma or GED, or 2+ years successful related experience preferably within motion control or fluid power.
