Job Description:

At Equifax , our Talent Acquisition Team is focused on business partnership through talent delivery, subject matter expertise, and a strategic, proactive and targeted approach to building excellent teams. The Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner is responsible for continuously growing their knowledge of the organizations they support, cultivating trust with business leaders as a strategic partner in talent sourcing and acquisition, and executing complex searches across Equifax's Centers of Excellence (COE). The strategic Sr. TA Partner will be responsible for driving inclusive practices to attract and hire excellent people who add to Equifax's culture and enable business success.

What you'll do:


  • Establish and grow relationships across the COEs to continuously build business acumen and advisory partnerships
  • Work in lock-step with HR Business Partners as a united front on talent delivery and advisory to business and hiring managers
  • Deliver strategic talent acquisition strategies within the business units or functions assigned specifically, core corporate functions and leadership areas
  • Research and deliver internal and market data to map target companies, proactively build top talent pools, and advise hiring managers using Seekout, Beamery, Linkedin, Workday and others
  • Build and execute robust search strategies which include target lists, candidate assessment, sourcing methodologies, research, and passive candidate outreach
  • Deliver excellence in candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives within HR, TA or the business including global hiring, process development and improvement, resource evaluation and implementation, and others

What you need:

  • 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition sourcing, delivery, and partnership in a corporate and/or search firm environment
  • 2 years of TA experience focusing on senior level candidate nurturing and attraction in a complex and competitive market
  • Proficiency leveraging market and internal data to influence strategy and decision making
  • Requisition and candidate management within an applicant tracking system
  • Experience advising and influencing hiring managers
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience required
