Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter a high volume of data from multiple sources into customers portal
• Manage day-to-day relationships
Email inquiries and requests
Manage and maintain assigned project calendars
Phone inquiries
Create and manage various excel cost, sales and information tracking reports.
Appropriate follow-up
Maintain internal data base
Prepare CEO for sales calls and conduct appropriate follow-up.
Fine tune PowerPoint decks & pricing
Logistics
Communicate shipments & shipment deliveries
Analysis
YTD versus previous year analysis
Education:
• High school diploma required.
Experience:
• 2+ years office environment experience
• 2+ years data organization and entry experience
• Impeccable verbal communication and writing skills
