About the Team:

As part of the global Marketing organization, the B2B Enterprise Marketing team is responsible for driving business growth in partnership with the product and sales teams of our three core businesses: Dow Jones Newswires, Factiva and Risk & Compliance. The team runs a client centric strategy focused on industries and accounts developing and activating campaigns that drive awareness, build our reputation and deepen relationships in select industries and accounts.

Job Description
In this role, you'll be responsible for optimizing and transforming the B2B website experience to achieve B2B business objectives. You'll work closely with digital marketing resources and platforms and will focus on creating a seamless and impactful web destination that supports B2B efforts to raise awareness of our brand, capabilities and expertise; showcasing how we can help industry clients address their most critical issues. The website will be at the center of a multi-channel digital experience.

This role is based in-person in New York, reporting to the Executive Director of Digital Marketing.

You Will:
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and the Business Proposition team to craft and deliver a digital destination that resonates with select industries and target accounts to drive awareness, build our reputation and deepen relationships.
  • Build and lead a web team responsible for the digital architecture, customer journey, web design and development, web analytics and optimization, and SEO.
  • Optimize the website for SEO and user experience, ensuring content is both search engine friendly and crafted to meet the needs of our customers and prospects.
  • Collaborate with Social Media and Paid Media to create a cohesive omni-channel experience.
  • Manage and optimize all agency relationships related to the website, including design, development, translation, and SEO partners and vendors.
  • Contribute to key design and user interface/user experience (UI/UX) decisions in partnership with marketing and creative teams.
  • Maintain and continuously enhance a robust website measurement, testing and analytics program to understand and report on site performance and inform future enhancements.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing and technology, continuously exploring opportunities to enhance our digital strategy.
  • Act as the steward of the website taking a client centric approach informed by data.
  • Partner with the Corporate Communications team to ensure message alignment across the Dow Jones website.
You Have:
  • 10 years experience working in digital marketing, with at least 4 years leading websites, ideally within the B2B space at a global level
  • Demonstrated ability in supporting digital web transformation initiatives and optimizing user experiences
  • Deep knowledge of Content Management Systems including Wordpress, Uberflip, Adobe, Optimizely or other major CMS platforms required.
  • Website-related reporting experience using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and other reporting and analysis tools preferably in the Google Suite
  • Strong knowledge of SEO techniques and SEO platforms like Conductor
  • Understanding of UX/UI design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to keep teams to a tight deadline and work across time zones.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce and marketing automation platforms like Eloqua, Hubspot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Skilled in nurturing team diversity, catalyzing innovation, and applying critical thinking to complex problems.
