(Contingent upon available funding): 41,800.00 - 57,000.00, Salary Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm Faculty Appt Period: Job Summary: This position coordinates all aspects of College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) recruitment of new students to include: producing communications, planning recruitment programs, managing prospective student data, interfacing with on and off campus units, developing web content for majors and recruitment info, and knowing advising information to share with prospective and incoming students. This position requires travel for recruiting or networking. Work schedule other than 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday is as needed. Required Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree and one year of professional experience in higher education recruiting, sales, marketing, communications or public relations or a closely related field.



Preferred Qualifications:


Master's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing, Human Resources


Three years of experience in higher education, teaching/advising a discipline in arts/humanities, social sciences or sciences, recruiting or communications position. Extensive experience in presenting to groups of all sizes along with experience in sales, marketing and communication, and/or social media.
