We are looking for a Technical Order Librarian Clerk in Jacksonville, FL.

GENERAL SUMMARY: Shall provide library services in support of maintenance of aircraft and weapons systems.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure all technical publications; Technical Directives (TD) and Portable Electronic Maintenance Aids (PEMA) are maintained and current in accordance with governing directives.
• Shall control the receipt and distribution of TDs, manuals, changes, and revisions in accordance with governing directives.
• Provide on-the-job training to individual work center Dispersed Technical Publications Librarians (DTPL). The contractor shall review individual work center technical publications and make corrections in accordance with NAVAIR 00-25-100, CNAFINST 4790.2(series) and CNAP/CNALINST 4790.25(series).
• Personnel assigned as the Squadron CTPL shall complete the Aeronautical Technical Publications Library Management Course (D/E 555-0007) in accordance with CNAFINST 4790.2(series). This course is only available through the Navy and will be provided at no cost to the contractor. Course quota requests shall be submitted via email by the Contractor Program Manager to the COR.
• Responsible for local repairs of the PEMA's IAW the PEMA ULSS and IPB.
• Ensuring the PEMA technical publication are current. For instance, we are local System Administrators for programs like Ground Health Maintenance System (GHMS), Sink Rate Landing Assessment Module (SLAM), Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMS).

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

• Due to the nature of the work required, US Citizenship is required.
• 3 years of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma or higher.
• Secret Clearance required.
