About the Role


In this role, you will work in an energizing, fast paced environment focused on all public relations endeavors. You will be an ambassador for our brands, driving press & brand awareness across all media channels. You will be responsible for creating impactful PR campaigns & influencing editorial coverage. You should have outstanding organizational skills with superior written and verbal communication


What You'll Do



  • Manages the CEO's public and Executive office's email inboxes, prioritizing incoming messages, ensuring timely responses, and organizing emails efficiently to facilitate easy access and action on critical communications. Implements systematic approaches for tracking and flagging important correspondence, reducing clutter, and streamlining the flow of information to and from the CEO.

  • Maintain CEO's contacts, including email, phone and addresses.

  • Catalogue all incoming mail and prepare responses for CEO.

  • Maintain CEO's external engagement calendar, and coordinate with teams involved to ensure adequate and timely preparation - Calendaring Communications preparation meetings, arranging Styling sessions, preparing Briefing materials, etc.

  • Manage and coordinate the 'cultural curator' outreach process with Communications team, inclusive of preparing handwritten notes to external contacts with the latest product drops.

  • Work closely with the CEO's office to monitor, organize, and respond to LinkedIn messages, leveraging the platform for strategic networking, engagement, and communication. Develops and maintains a structured system for categorizing messages, ensuring that opportunities for partnerships, media engagements, and other important connections are capitalized upon promptly and effectively, in partnership with Communications team.

  • Ensure meticulous follow-up after significant meetings, events, and travels by coordinating and sending personalized thank you cards to key stakeholders and VIPs, demonstrating CEO's's / the organization's gratitude and maintaining strong relationships.

  • Manage communications during holidays, planning and executing thoughtful messages and gestures that reflect the organization's values and appreciation for its network of partners, clients, and collaborators.


Who You Are



  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate and build partnerships with all levels of management.

  • Must have a high level of emotional intelligence to navigate the complexities of interactions with a range of personalities and positions within and outside the organization.

  • MUST be proficient and advanced in computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Excellent organizational skills and strong sense of urgency with the ability to handle multiple high priority tasks with confidence and confidentiality.

  • Understanding of how brand engagement fits into the larger picture of marketing; voracious consumer of culture, technology, and fashion

  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the CEO and Chief of Staff, demonstrating initiative and a commitment to the organization's success.

Salary Range: $87,900 - $116,500 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
