This position reports to the Senior Specialist Logistics Procurement NA and is based at Skillman, NJ.

Anticipated start July 2024 - Anticipated end January 2025.

Role reports to: Senior Specialist Logistics Procurement NA

Location: Skillman, NJ. Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Travel %: 10%

Pay: The anticipated base pay for this position is between $20.00/hour and $27.50/hour, but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. (if compliant with country laws)

What you will do

The Global Logistics Procurement (GLP) Co-op is responsible for partnering with GLP category leads and regional transportation and warehousing operations teams to provide input on supplier negotiations, inflation mitigation, sourcing events, contract implementation, and performance against established targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of the Consumer Global Logistics Procurement (GLP) category strategies.
• Partner with GLP category leads and regional transportation and warehousing operations teams to provide input on supplier negotiations, inflation mitigation, sourcing events, contract implementation, and performance against established targets.
• Support various cross-functional teams with assignments and projects.
• Contribute to Supplier Enabled Innovation (SEI) by researching and understanding opportunities for collaborative ideas.
• Support day to day tactical requirements and Supply Chain Procurement initiatives like sustainability, cost saving initiatives, process improvement, etc.
• Perform analytics to enable sourcing operations that enhance spend visibility and data accuracy.
• Ensure high degree of standardization through SOP governance, standard templates, and communication plans.
• Define and create SOP document on co-op responsibilities and processes.
• Involvement in company and organization-based team building activities.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now, or in the future.
• Candidate must be actively enrolled in an accredited University for the duration of a co-op assignment pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's and/or MBA.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 is required.
• Completion of Undergraduate Freshmen year at accredited University is required.
• Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills is required.

Desired Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation skills and leadership skills are preferred.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and initiatives while executing results.
• Must be a self-starter who works independently while contributing to the team goals.
• Proven leadership/participation with campus programs and/or community service activities is desired.
