Role reports to: Chief Corporate Affairs Officer

Location: Skillman, NJ. Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman, NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Travel %: 5%

Pay: $71,400-115,920 (if compliant with country laws)

What you will do

The Senior Executive Assistant is responsible for providing complete administrative and clerical support to the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, including managing communications, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records. You will also collect and consolidate management data/reports and track performance against corporate strategy:

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline administrative processes and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to manage complex calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as a liaison between senior executives and other departments, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Manage special projects as assigned, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times, representing the organization in a positive light.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in all interactions.
  • Manage and prioritize all communications, including phone calls, email, correspondence, mail, and faxes, and make ad hoc delegation decisions on communications.
  • Maintain a highly complex business calendar with a keen sense of prioritization and time management to ensure maximum effectiveness of time use by the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer.
  • Collect and consolidate management data/reports from each functional area in order to track performance against corporate strategy.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files, manage relevant data, and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements for Chief Corporate Affairs Officer and others as needed and process all expense reports on time.
  • Set up and coordinate luncheons, dinners, and meetings.
  • Record and prepare meeting minutes and coordinate all materials.
  • Track action items and follow up on activities of direct reports and other staff on behalf of the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer.
  • Provide complete administrative and clerical support to the President and Chief Executive Officer, including personal secretarial, clerical, and administrative support, such as preparing correspondence in final form, maintaining files and records, scheduling appointments and travel, and so on.
  • Assist in preparing associated business reports.

Required Qualifications


  • Minimum of 8-10 years of related experience in an executive support role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to manage a highly complex business calendar.
  • Experience organizing and maintaining confidential files and records.
  • Experience coordinating travel arrangements and processing expense reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to record and prepare meeting minutes and coordinate all materials.
  • Experience tracking action items and following up on activities of direct reports and other staff on behalf of the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
