RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client, a leading global investment firm has a new position for a Senior Business Analyst with real estate investing IT experience. Specifically experience with Yardi is sought. This is a direct hire role, working hybrid schedule in the Boston office.

Summary:
The Senior Business Analyst will elicit the business processes, gather business and functional requirements, develop needs analysis, document functional/technical specifications and perform system/user acceptance testing around hardware and software implementations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems and/or Finance required; Master's degree with concentration in Finance, Technology or Analytics preferred


• 6+ years of experience


• 2+ years of experience with real estate & other alternatives investment systems


• Experience with Yardi Modules (Voyager/Construction Manager, P2P Investor Accounting)


• Reporting and data visualization tool Power BI is required


• Data modeling, normalization, and SQL queries


• Cutting-edge skills in managing business requirements through the development lifecycle


• Strong interpersonal skills


• Strong facilitation and organization skills


• Strong written and verbal communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
