Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a People Analytics in Juno Beach, FL.

Duties Include:

• People Analytics will be using data-driven insights to enhance people management practices within the organization


• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting employee related data to make better informed decisions regarding talent acquisition, development, retention, and overall workforce management


• Help create a system/metrics on desired data


• Identify relationships and patterns in talent management data, compensation, benefits, performance, retention, and other workforce data


• As a People Analytics, you will assess, deep dive, and mine all data


• Develop dynamic visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to leadership

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have HR project experience


• Must have people analytics expertise

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
