Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Operations Manager in Beaverton, OR. As our Product Operations Manager, you will be a key player in helping Product Merch and Development teams be agile, quick, and nimble. The work schedule will be on site M-F, 8am-5pm, Friday remote.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business partners to discover and improve processes and tools throughout the apparel organization
Help execute and document new and existing tools
Provide functional leads with relevant information by staying in close contact with Company Central Operations Org, ensuring all updates to calendar and code are translated and socialized to the team
Identify issues and opportunities to improve our internal processes, establish best practices, work with cross-functional stakeholders to drive change, and ensure follow through on the execution of plans
Ensure consistency, documentation, and standardization across our landscape when appropriate
Some or all of the following will be relevant for your day to day:
Product Creation Calendar Maintenance
Product Creation Scorecard Maintenance
Execute existing report portfolio and deliver to the business through various communication portals; Ability to showcase in simple, relevant, and impactful ways
Create training, procedural and system documentation and facilitate as needed
Help develop a detailed project plans (scope, resources, timeline, quality, and risk) for operational projects and successfully deliver key projects in collaboration with cross functional teams on time
Train teams to interpret business data/analytics to be actionable
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or Forecasting related discipline; 2 additional years of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree; Fields of experience that might work well with this role: Supply chain; Product line management (PLM); Merch operations
Team player/able to work with a wide array of stakeholders
Strong information seeking and problem-solving skills
Business acumen to learn new business processes and understand operations
Must be proficient in Excel & Keynote; Would prefer experience with Miro; Airnote can be used instead of Tableau
Must be able to work well individually and without a ton of direction/supervision
Ability to identify opportunities to improve productivity
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
