Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client looking for a Paralegal Admin on a long-term contract basis in Grapevine, TX.

Duties include:

• Uploading documents to shared files


• Ensuring proper documentation is gathered


• Managing email box


• Any additional administrative duties needed for department


• Produce error-free month-end financial statements


• Take a leading role and coordinate the year-end close process


• Review and approve journal entries, invoices, and other transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness


• Analyze financial reports and make recommendations based on the analysis

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience as paralegal admin


• Excellent communication skills


• Detail oriented


• Proficient with Excel

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
