Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client located in Arlington, TX that is looking for a Customer Service Representative on a temp to perm basis.

Duties include:

• B2B order entry


• Researching orders to make sure they are correct


• Maintain and build relationships with key accounts


• Review production plans


• Review and correct shipping errors

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of Order Entry experience


• Experience with Direct Import and exports


• Excellent customer service skills


• Excellent analytical and attention to detail

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
