RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Culver City, CA that is looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Finance department as a Financial Analyst in our Music Team.

Summary:
The Financial Analyst will support the Finance team by taking lead on process improvement and ongoing integration of the music team into our company accounting and finance systems. They will lead and contribute to initiatives that require working cross-functionally with the Company Music Finance, Accounting, Tax, Operations, Product, Marketing and Business Development teams. This will allow the Music business and Finance team to work more efficiently and effectively.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Support internal customer groups and controller in all finance and accounting matters including providing data around revenues, expenses, governance controls, and operational lift

  • Work with the functional leaders and other finance partners to build scalable financial processes and business metrics for their initiatives (e.g. international expansion)

  • Provide financial and business analysis to leaders and business partners including cost-saving and process improvement recommendations

  • Support and be point of contact for order to cash, procure to pay, and accounting processes and policy







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field

  • 5+ years of relevant accounting experience

  • 3+ years of project management experience

  • Familiarity with NetSuite or other cloud-based ERP systems

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
