Job Description:

As a Senior Technical Sourcer at Epiq, you will assume a leading role within our global talent acquisition team, driving strategic sourcing efforts for a variety of key talent positions. Your experience and expertise will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent. This senior-level position requires a strategic mindset, constant curiosity, and the ability to partner effectively with business leaders to craft innovative and impactful recruitment strategies. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Strategic Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify, engage, and attract top-tier talent through various channels, including various open-source candidate platforms, job boards, social media, networking events, and specialized industry platforms. Accurately translate job descriptions and hiring priorities into search criteria and assessments for relevant skills and competencies. Verify fit for role and feed pipeline with well qualified talent.

Partnership with Business Leaders:  Collaborate closely with recruiters and senior hiring managers, up to Executive level, to gain a deep understanding of their talent needs and work together to develop tailored sourcing strategies aligned with the company's objectives. 

Champion Diversity and Inclusion: Actively seek out underrepresented talent and drive inclusion throughout the sourcing process.

Data-Driven Recruitment: Leverage data and metrics to analyze the talent market and effectiveness of sourcing strategies and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement. 

Enhance Employer Brand: Play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing our employer brand as an employer of choice and showcasing our unwavering commitment to diversity and inclusion in all recruitment efforts. Promote evangelization of our brand across internal and external networks. 

Exceptional Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience to help foster immediate and future engaged talent communities.  

Qualifications: 


  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. 

  • 4+ years in a Technical focused sourcing role preferably within the technology or professional services industries. 

  • Demonstrated ability to strategize and influence leadership at all levels to achieve successful hiring outcomes. 

  • Experience using variety of resources to gather market data insights and effectively utilize to influence effective hiring decisions.

  • Deep understanding of diversity and inclusion principles and the ability to effectively implement them in recruitment strategies. 

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Mastery in becoming a company brand ambassador and adept at building internal and external networks engaged with our company's job openings. 

  • Innovative mindset with an insatiable curiosity for exploring novel and effective recruitment techniques. 

  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities. 

  • Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems, particularly Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter. 

Candidates based in California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York or Washington:

The Compensation range for this role is 69,507.00 - 139,012.80 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
