Georgia Pacific's Continuous Manufacturing Group is seeking qualified candidates to consider for a Fixed Equipment Maintenance Planner to join our Rincon, GA team. The FE Planner is responsible for the planning of daily routine, periodic, and shutdown work orders for our Mechanical Integrity fixed equipment assets, including but not limited to, pressure vessels, storage tanks, piping, relief devices and various structural items. Our Team

Our Savannah River Mill in Rincon, GA began operations in October 1986 and is considered a world-class operation in the industry. Five of the world's 12 largest tissue paper machines reside at the facility. Our operation is designed to produce products primarily from recycled fiber. We have over 50 converting lines that make the tissue, towel, and napkin products in our retail and away from home markets. What You Will Do

* Focus on Environmental Health and Safety by driving and leading a work-safe culture and expectation

* Perform self-directed work by demonstrating a strong work ethic and customer focus

* Create and/or update Preventative Maintenance Plans for repetitive Fixed Equipment work (pressure vessels, piping, storage tanks, relief devices, and other structural items)

* Develop detailed scopes of work necessary for successful work execution including outside services and contractors for cleaning, inspection, and repair

* Communicate effectively with engineers, technicians, crafts people, contractors' representatives, and materials suppliers

* Conduct field walk downs with outside services and contractors to communicate scope of work requirements to obtain detailed quotes and estimating of job plans

* Create and maintain bill of materials, job plans, and task lists for fixed equipment

* Plan discovery repair work from inspections during normal outages and turnarounds

* Review specifications and drawings, etc. to determine scope of work

* Accept and utilize constructive feedback to improve job plans

* Demonstrate excellent organization, planning, and communication skills-both written and oral

* Extensive daily use of Microsoft Office suite and Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP)

* Perform the role of GP Responsible person for outage or turnaround Fixed Equipment jobs

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

* High school diploma or GED

* Three (3) or more years' experience in detailed pressure vessel, storage tanks, or piping repair scope development and QA/QC oversight utilizing industry standards and best practices

* Three (3) or more years of experience in industrial pressure vessel, piping, and storage tank repairs

* Three (3) or more years of experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management system (SAP)

* Experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Word (to write business correspondence), Excel (for use of spreadsheets, reporting, simple formulas) and Outlook (for internal and external correspondence

What Will Put You Ahead

* Knowledge of ASME and API codes and standards

* Experience as a certified non-destructive testing (NDT) technician

* Pressure vessel, piping, and storage tank repair planning and/or scheduling experience

* Experience coordinating multi-discipline contractors

* Experience planning maintenance in a paper mill, power plant, and/or chemical plant

* Experience with preventative and/or predictive maintenance methods and processes

* Experience with SAP as a planner
