Technician
This position is located in our Yadkinville, NC Facility.

*This position is for our Taco Line: 2nd Shift -8-hour schedule*
Technician operators use machines to ensure that manufactured products are safely prepared and moved for transport. This job exists to ensure that our product is produced from start to finish on our manufacturing line at the highest quality with minimum labor.
Responsibilities:
Ability to operate robotics for changeover & adjustments
Handles start-up and shut-down duties relating to equipment at the beginning and end of each shift
Checks that each machine is in good repair and works in accordance to regulations set by the company
Responsible for machine integrity and quality checks on each product order
Monitors correct weights and ensure that they are maintained throughout the shift
Handle/discard waste that machines produce; in a safe manner
Monitor machines by using appropriate controls to produce different items
Load and unload items into machines and remove rejected product
Follow all GMP’s and Safety Procedures
May perform other duties as assigned
Experience, Skills, Education:
High School Diploma/GED/Related Work Experience Required
2-Year Technical Degree Preferred
2-3 years’ experience in a Technical Operator Related Field Preferred
Mechanical Aptitude Skills

Good Math Skills
Reading/Comprehension Abilities
Demonstrated Leadership Capabilities
Ability to Work Independently
