Job Description:

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients and visitors while also coordinating transportation logistics for our team members. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.


• Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.


• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.


• Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage conference room bookings.


• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.


• Coordinate transportation logistics for team members, including booking transportation for our residents.


• Communicate with transportation vendors to ensure timely services.


• Track transportation expenses and maintain accurate records.


• Support other office tasks and projects as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Experience coordinating transportation logistics is a plus.


• Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
