Position Overview of the Wellness Coordinator/Scheduler:

The primary focus of this position is to recruit, retain and enhance the overall associate experience and commitment to the community and its residents with a focus on promptly and professionally directing the staff in-service and training programs, monitoring performance, recommending and implementing programs to enhance the overall training of staff as it relates to providing exceptional service/care within our community and regulations that govern residential care.

This position is a direct liaison to the Resident Care Director as it relates to associate morale, feedback, promoting and maintaining a positive work environment.

Must have experience with employee scheduling, preferably in a health care setting.

Requires current certification as a CNA. Ensure the proper scheduling of care staff, by creating schedule, CNA assignments, Management of Labor Hours; may occasionally be required to act in the role of CNA, if licensed.
