We're seeking a Retail Sales Associate at our Garmin store, focused on providing exemplary service to Garmin customers. In this role, you'll handle all customer service related business to consumer (B2C) experiences at our Miami Beach Lincoln Road Retail Store with the highest level of professionalism.
Essential Functions
Work with customers to determine which products, accessories, and plan of action best serves their individual needs
Accurately demonstrate Garmin product features, capabilities, and applications to customers
Demonstrate product features, functions, and provide a hands on guide to customers
Teach customers how to update their device, download applications and maintain their Garmin product
Maintain, and strengthen product knowledge
Associate will perform all store open and closing procedures and all other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
A minimum of 1 year demonstrated experience performing a customer service role substantially similar to the essential functions of this job description
Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English and Spanish
Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others
Must possess a demonstrated ability to grasp new concepts quickly
Must possess proficient and effective data entry skills
Must possess proficiency using personal computers relevant to the essential functions of this job description
Desirable Qualifications
Retail customer service experience
