The Supply Chain Analyst is accountable for generating and maintaining an optimum production, testing, and packaging schedule. The Analyst will leverage SAP while balancing supply chain forecast and demand as well as production capacity requirements, managing material availability, and resolving operational constraints at Winslow Manufacturing. This role interfaces with both internal and external teams to achieve key site objectives while advocating for our customers.

Functions, Duties, Tasks, Responsibilities:


  • On-time release of process orders, manufacturing, or label/pack.


  • Maintenance of accurate dispatch lists in SAP.


  • Consistent communication with process team members regarding operation status and work center capacities.


  • Ownership of the SMOI process by forecasting and managing material expirations to mitigate production schedule disruptions and minimize destructions due to obsolescence.


  • Management and ownership of inventory and SAP master data points related to planning.


  • Actively facilitate interactions and communication between the supply chain organization and shop floor colleagues.


  • Proactively highlight issues that could impact the schedule and lead efforts to eliminate or minimize delays.


  • Prepare and present supply plan and forecast as it pertains to S&OP/R&OP, Business Planning, and Strategy Planning.


  • Anticipate and drive resolution of capacity constraints. Ensure any major capacity issues are escalated appropriately.


  • On-time release of purchase orders in SAP and Ariba as applicable


  • Trouble shooting and support for customers and vendors on procurement processes, including but not limited to, ordering and invoicing as applicable.


  • Anticipates and responds to internal and external customer needs.


  • Ownership for CORRS performance.


  • Play an active role in Global Supply Chain initiatives.


  • Regularly review inventory and safety stock levels.


  • Actively participates and/or may lead projects and process improvements.


  • Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree or three years’ experience of SAP planning and/or procurement will be considered in lieu of a degree.


  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.


  • Consistent execution of timely deliverables.


  • Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP system.


  • Completion of Post Offer Exam, Completion of Work Simulation or Completion of Administrative Skills Testing if applicable.


Additional Preferences:


  • Animal Health/Pharmaceutical industry experience and familiarity with USDA and other regulatory requirements.


  • Demonstrated proficiency in a data driven approach to problem solving.


  • Drive results and work with autonomy.


  • Problem solving through mastery of supply chain best practices.


  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence.


  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively.


Other Information:


  • Location: Winslow, ME (Onsite)


  • Travel: Minimal, less than 5%


  • PPE required in specific areas of the manufacturing plant.
