This position is for Stevens students currently enrolled in a graduate program. Must have a full-time status. Bachelor's Degree required. This is a part-time hourly position. The Office of Undergraduate Admissions is composed of admissions counselors, recruiting staff, undergraduate student tour guides, and part-time professional staff. The Office of Undergraduate Admissions seeks welcoming professional and reliable current full-time Steven's graduate students to serve as part-time assistants. Students must have completed their undergraduate degree at Stevens and must be currently enrolled in full-time graduate studies at Stevens.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

•     Assisting our events staff with weekend events including but not limited to, Admitted Student Weekend, Saturday Tours, Departmental Visit Days, etc.

•    Help answer questions about Stevens from prospective students and their family members/friends.

•    Assisting with front desk responsibilities which include answering phone calls, emails, walk-in questions, checking in guests, etc.

•    Conducting yourself in a conscientious and professional manner in all campus activities. As a part-time graduate assistant, you are representing the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and the University in all actions and aspects.

•    Interact with prospective and admitted students in a professional and courteous manner.

•    Part-time graduate assistants are expected to wear appropriate business casual attire.

•    Part-time graduate assistants will also attend a training session to get familiarized with Slate on how to check in students for tours, interviews, events, etc. 

•    Complete other duties as assigned
